Once the procedure of demand is completed, we follow through the following steps to recruit human resources for our foreign clients.

  1. Demand: Demand should contain the details needed such as quantity, qualification and skills, job description, salary and benefits, and working environment.
  2. Authorization from the Foreign Employment Department: After obtaining demand, we process to authorize it from the Foreign Employment Department under the Government of Nepal.
  3. ANS Supplier Code of Conduct: Our supplier code of conduct applies in the further process.

After passing through the second level of the recruitment procedure candidates are then ready to go further for the process of deployment.
