Once the procedure of demand is completed, we follow through the following steps to recruit human resources for our foreign clients.
- Demand: Demand should contain the details needed such as quantity, qualification and skills, job description, salary and benefits, and working environment.
- Authorization from the Foreign Employment Department: After obtaining demand, we process to authorize it from the Foreign Employment Department under the Government of Nepal.
- ANS Supplier Code of Conduct: Our supplier code of conduct applies in the further process.
